Decorated Cakes
These are just a few of the hundreds of cakes I decorated during my time at Wuollet Bakery in Minneapolis. I still credit a lot of the illustration and design technique I use today to the skills learned as a decorator. Everything in these photos is made of icing except for the two portraits at the end, which are airbrushed on marzipan.
